If you need to delete a record you simply call up the details screen of item being deleted and either click on the minus sign at the top of the screen or press the F3 button.
The entry will turn and remain red until the next Utilities / Backup-Restore / Backup is done. Alternatively if you can't wait until the backup is done or you cannot get exclusive use to perform this backup you can use the Utilities / Pack option to remove the deleted item immediatley.
Under Pack there is the option of packing the catalogue, circulation or all files.
If you deleted a record from Data Entry you will only need to Pack the Catalogue, if it was a borrower, only Circulation will need to be packed. If your not sure Pack / All files.
Ooops... deleted the wrong resource?
If you have incorrectly deleted the wrong entry you can recall it by displaying the details of the incorrectly deleted record (now displayed in red text in the Sets screen), click on 'Record' at the top of the screen and then select 'Undelete'.
