There is currently a comprehensive list of item types to choose from in Text Tracker Suite but from time to time it may be necessary to setup a new GMD or General Material Designation code due to new types of items being purchased such as DVD's.

To add a new GMD click on the + sign and add the new code and description...

Don't forget to click on the tick (F9) to save your changes.
