This is simply the default Flate Rate depreciation that you can enter... as a percentage of initial cost.

If you'd like to see the other type of depreciation used to calculate a residual value for resources then please get in touch! 

Type in the value and click OK.

Changing this value does not change any records already saved.  It only sets the default value (which can be typed over anyway) for new items being added from this point on.
