There are again several changes being made to the new version of TextTracker Suite that will require explanation here.

Some methods are listed. All deserve further explanation once new version is released

(These basic descriptions will give you a few ideas of what you should try from time to time)

• Re-arrange the data display grid in Date Entry to highlight inconsistencies
• Use Filters and Multi-select to narrow down the list of items displayed
• Use the Report Generator accessed via the little printer button
• Check Shelf List consistency by using re-arranging the data display grid or via a Shelf list report in Utilities
• Use the Next and Previous functions (F11, F12) to quickly move through items that fitt certain criteria
• Bulk Editing / Updating
• Use Buffer files for updating / culling
• Stocktake with specific selection criteria or parameters
• Open the Enquiry Search screen and the Data Entry module at the same time to speed up dodgy record location for editing (series, author, year, publisher etc)
• Check the Setup / Customisation options under Utilities / Setup
