The Circulation Module allows you to lend and return resources, generate lending and statistical reports, view/edit borrower information and reserve resources for borrowers.  To update student information in bulk at the beginning of the year you will use the Synchronise Borrowers facility in Utilities.  This function can inload AND adjust data automatically using a file from your Office system.

• Remember to use the Windows minimise facility to change modules as necessary and it's probably worth getting to know the Alt + Tab window swapping command. This will allow you to access modules quicker.

• If you are going to be away from your computer for extended periods it's better to close the software than to leave it open.  This reduces the risk of data corruption.
