To lend a resource click on the Circulation button on the Main Menu screen. Once you're in Circulation click on the Lend button (or press Ctrl-L).

The Select Borrower screen appears...

1. Call up the borrower by scanning / typing in the borrower barcode details
2. If the barcode details are not available type in the first few letters of the surname and select the borrower from the list
3. The due date can be changed for bulk loans if necessary.  The date will automatically change to todays date + the number of days you have set in the Loan Period option under Utilities / Setup when the circulation screen is loaded

We are investigating using the Temp due date for bulk loans function as a way to set a default due date for all resources lent during a Circulation session... keep your eyes peeled for this change in version 4+.
