It is necessary to reset copies after performing any function that involves the change of barcoded record status.  For example culling, tagging records after stocktaking and adding a status and status date for culling.

To reset the copies go into Utilities / Update / Reset Copies.

If this step is overlooked you will have an incorrect copy number in the catalogue details screen compared to the actual number of available barcodes in the barcode list.
