These reports are used to check your collection against a list of barcodes zapped in to the Circulation / Stocktake / Add area

Missing

• This report shows you what resources were not found so far in the stocktake when compared to the selection criteria you enter

Found

• This report shows you a list of any Un-returned loans found so far in the stocktake
• It shows you all resources found in the stocktake for a section that are still on loan
• There is no bulk return function for these un-returned loans at this stage (initially this was because we thought there were probably lists to cross off and accounts to be refunded so it would need to be done individually... we are looking at a bulk fix for this problem in a future round of changes)
