A Subclass is an easy way of sorting finding who has certain books and which group they are in.

Setting Up a SubClass...

1. Load up Circulation, and selct SubClasses from across the menu options...

2. To add a new subclass just select the '+' symbol from across the top, it will now bring up a new subclass (see below) ...

3. The subclass field is automatically generated from what is entered into the 'Teacher, Subject, Year & Room' fields
4. Once you have filled out all the details and the description you will notice that subclass has been generated, see below image...

5. Now all that is left is to save the records by hitting the save tick across the top.
