Using the Bulk Loans feature of Text Tracker Suite, it is very easy to loan large numbers of resources to one borrower. It is as simple as setting up a new Bulk Loan, and then using its unique ID number lend it out to the borrower.

Setting Up a Bulk Loan...

1. Jump into Circulation and then select 'Bulk Loans form the menu options, this will show the below screen...

2. From here we just need to hit the '+' symbol across the top to start a new record, a blank record is shown below...

3. Create a Loan ID (try using some sort of systems here i.e. If the Class is English Line 3 Classroom 56 = ENG356)
4. Add a short description that will easily explain the Bulk Loan
5. A status is not require when first creating a Bulk Loan
6. Once we have entered the 'BL Detail' infomration we need to attach items to this Bulk Loan, select the 'BL Items' tab...

7. Now it is as easy as zapping in each of the resources that you would like in the Bulk Loan, and clicking 'Add'
8. Once you are happy that all your resources are present just hit the save tick across the top!

Lending a Bulk Loan...

Lending a Bulk Loan is exactly the same as lending out any other resource, except that you type the Bulk Loan ID number in the Loan Screen, which then loans out all of the resources in that Bulk Loan to that borrower.
