To stop staff loans appearing as overdues you can set a staff extension.  This will prevent staff loans appearing as overdues once the loan period has been reached.

The number of days set in the staff extension is added to the current loan period attached to the resource.  Most schools set a staff extension of 999 but the number of days is entirely up to you.
